Delivery Policy

In-store Pickup (Free)

Customers may choose free in-store pickup at our physical store.

Once the order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Pickup can be made during established business hours by presenting the order confirmation.

This option is subject to product availability.

Shipping to Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

We ship to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands via courier service.

Shipping costs are €7 per order for standard shipments up to 5 kg, provided that the package dimensions fall within standard volumetric limits.

If the order exceeds 5 kg or standard dimensional limits (volumetric weight), the system will automatically recalculate the shipping cost and display the updated amount before payment is completed. The customer will be able to review the final shipping cost during checkout before confirming the order.

Estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours from payment confirmation.

Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days only. Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical incidents or courier delays.
