Types of Available Products
Products are classified into the following categories, and this information is always indicated in the product description:
Product in Perfect Condition
New or practically new items, without aesthetic or functional defects.
Refurbished Product
Products that have been previously used or returned and have been inspected, tested, and placed back on sale in proper working condition. They may show minor signs of use.
Product with Empty or Damaged Box
The product is in perfect working condition, although the original packaging may not be available or may be damaged.
Product with Cosmetic Defects
Items that show visual defects (scratches, marks, minor dents, or other cosmetic damage) that do not affect the proper functioning of the product. Such defects are clearly described in the product listing.
Product with Functional Defect
Items that have a specific functional fault or limitation.
This defect is expressly, clearly, and understandably detailed in the product description prior to purchase, specifying which function does not operate correctly and which functions do operate properly.
Pre-Contractual Information
Before completing the purchase, the customer is provided with complete information regarding:
- The main characteristics of the product
- Its condition and possible defects
- The final price, including taxes
- Shipping conditions
- Warranty and return conditions
Placing an order implies the express acceptance of the condition and specific terms of the purchased product.
Legal Warranty
New, refurbished, or cosmetically defective products are covered by the legal warranty established under current regulations, taking into account their nature and condition.
In the case of products with a functional defect, the warranty will not cover the expressly indicated and accepted defect, but it will cover the remaining components or functionalities not affected, in accordance with the law.
