Returns Policy
At Big Bang Stocks we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return in accordance with the conditions detailed below.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current Spanish regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to justify their decision.
Conditions for Returns
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in the same condition as indicated on the website, unused and in its original packaging.
- It must include all original accessories, instructions, and labels.
- The product must not have been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized products or products made according to the customer's specifications.
- Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if unsealed after delivery.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with the customer's express consent.
Defective Products or Shipping Errors
In the event of a defective or damaged product, or an error in the order, the customer must notify devoluciones@bigbangstocks.com as soon as possible. In such cases, Big Bang Stocks will bear all return and replacement costs, in accordance with applicable law.
Return Procedure
Contact us at devoluciones@bigbangstocks.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions for shipping the product.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will confirm acceptance of the return.
